Pada hari Rabu tanggal 11 April 2018 pkl 18.00 Wib saksi 1 mengumandangkan Adzan Sholat Magrib di mushola Darul Khoir setelah selesai terdengar suara tangisan bayi yang berasal dari luar mushola, kemudian saksi 1 bersama saksi-saksi lainya menuju ke sumber suara dan di temukan di emperan depan sebuah kotak kardus lalu setelah di buka terdapat bayi perempuan yang baru lahir, kemudian di bawa ke dalam Mushola , setelah sholat Magrib berjamaah , saksi melaporkannya ke pada Polsek Giriwoyo.

Pada hari Rabu tanggal 11 April 2018 pkl 18.00 Wib saksi 1 mengumandangkan Adzan Sholat Magrib di mushola Darul Khoir setelah selesai terdengar suara tangisan bayi yang berasal dari luar mushola, kemudian saksi 1 bersama saksi-saksi lainya menuju ke sumber suara dan di temukan di emperan depan sebuah kotak kardus lalu setelah di buka terdapat bayi perempuan yang baru lahir, kemudian di bawa ke dalam Mushola , setelah sholat Magrib berjamaah , saksi melaporkannya ke pada Polsek Giriwoyo.

- Introgasi para saksi-saksi
- Membuat Laporan Polisi
- Melaporkan kepada pimpinan
- Koordinasi dengan Reskrim Polres Wonogiri
- Melakukan perawatan bayi dengan menitipkan kepada bidan Dewi Mardiyati (Dsn Ketro RT 02 RW 04 Ds Guwotirto Kec Giriwoyo Kab Wonogiri) dalam kondisi yang sehat.
